The applied instruments for PR-evaluation (for example
questionnaire, media resonance analysis) provide the data for the
evaluation system "Balanced PR-Evaluation System". The obtained data is
condensed systematically and according to exact rules to statements
with value judgements. Qualitative judgements on the basis of knowledge
from benchmarks, experience and expertise are emphasized. In addition,
quantitative data give new benchmarks for measurements in future.

Kennwertsystem „PR-Performance-Analyse“.
Example for the result of an evaluation:

The balanced PR-evaluation system is applied in
connection with the strategic planning and implementation. Within the
framework of the planned evaluation "with aim and objective", the
balanced evaluation system represents the instrument for assessment.
The results are documented in the evaluation report and communicated
according to the previously defined objectives for evaluation.
A PR-evaluation system is individually developed for
each program. The implementation of similar evaluation concepts makes
on the other hand the comparison and judgement of different PR-programs
possible. Strengths and weaknesses of PR-programs can be detected this
way. A benchmarking (the seek for the "top of the class") gives
constructive ideas for how to optimize PR-concepts.
